Isaac Genshaw has recorded my English translation of the entire Tang Jingjiao corpus as a free audiobook on his YouTube channel, Beyond The Wall of Life. The recording reads all seven documents in full, from the Xi’an Stele to the Dunhuang manuscripts, over about two and a half hours, set to Tang-era music. I am grateful to Isaac for this labor of love.

The translation
The translation comes from one of my books, Science, Religion(s), and Spirit(s) in China: A Constructive Chinese Theology of Creation Based on Jingjiao’s Qi-tological Theology, with a New English Translation of the Entire Tang Jingjiao Corpus (Leiden: Brill, 2026).
